Default GM LS2 2004 style head bolts sufficient?

Are the GM LS2 2004 style head bolts any much better then stock 00 LS1 head bolts? Trying to decide whether or not it's a good idea to invest $250 for APR head bolts or not. Starting to run out of money with my engine build.

I recommend the ARP bolts for one simple reason. You can reuse them! If you think that you will ever have the heads off again for any reason they will pay for themselves since the stockers can only be used once.

I wouldn't if you don't plan on tearing it down. Factory head bolts are cheap and can be bought many times over for that amount.
