I have AFR 205 heads. What stud size should I go with? I will be putting over 300 HP shot on the car if it can take it. Also will i have to work the heads for the larger stud size?

Youll have to measure the studs, holes and nut flange and see if it all fits. Bring it up to your machinist. Although people have run 300 shot on standard sized ARP hardware. Probably wont need anything larger.

If I upgrade the size of the studs it will allow for a bigger shot? Also can the heads be machined to accept the larger studs if they dont fit? This will all be done at a machine shop.
