TSP 231/237 with 2.08" intake valve, p/v clearance?
I'm getting a set of heads for my 408 build that were originally done for an all bore 388. The friend that I'm getting them from currently has them on a 346 with a stock bottom end with an LS1 hotcam. I figured I'd slap them on my stock motor until the 408 is actually together. I'm running a TSP 231/237 .598"/.595" lift cam on a stock bottom end. Will I have piston to valve clearance issues with a set of heads with 2.08" intake and 1.60" exhaust valves? As far as I know, the heads are not milled.

I ordered the TR230/236 595. 598 cam, but when i got it, it was 231/237 .594 .604. When I spun it over with check springs, the valves hit. I had to flycut the pistons. My Stage II heads were shaved .012, 2.02 and 1.60 valves.
