I'm going to be putting the STS turbo kit on my car and they reccomend me replacing the stock valve springs. Does anyone know what I need? I'm not an engine guy. Also should I replace anything else? Like a cam? If so please be very specific. Thanks guys

 

By the way it is a bone stock ls1 year 2000 with a T56

 

call the comp cams help line at 1-800-999-0853 and tell them what youve got and they'll lay out your options and the prices for you based on your plan for the rest of the engine, i.e., the turbo setup. I'm on my second setup and both times I called them and they ground the cam and sent me the whole setup including springs in about 12 days for about $550. I'd say it's the only way to go, my car does exactally what I wanted.
