6.0 to 5.7 Questions

6.0 to 5.7 Questions the truck is a 2000 chevy 2500 6.0l, and I was thinking of putting my old 98 heads on this motor to pick up some compression and add some horsepower.
Would this be a problem? Would everything work out ok? I know about the coil brackets and different valve covers, but we can re-use all my old stuff.
What about the intakes? Would it be worth it to throw on my old ls1 intake...or would it make no difference?
Does anyone know the cam specs on this truck?

And the truck intake also flows better than the LS1 intake.
