Default Blue smoke?

I know this is an LS! site, but my other car is a 2003 Camry with only 59000 miles. For some strange reason it now has blue smoke and this thing has been babied. It is due for for an oil change. My question, "Is there anything else that can cause blue smoke at start up other than what I've heard as bad rings from excessive wear.

I say its valve seals or anything else that could be leaking into the cylinder while the car sits overnight. Rings would probably smoke more under power than at startup

I also would say valve seals. I have a 96 Avenger with 276K on the clock and it does the same thing. Now mine has an excuse due to mileage, but I wouldn't think a Camry with 59K would do that. My wife has a Camry with almost 59K on it, and it hasn't had any problems what so ever.

My Avenger typically does it upon start up, or if left idling for a long period of time. Usually quits after a mile or so.
