Which Cam
That being said, I imagine the MS3 won't drive THAT much better than the TRex, and you'll always wonder how much faster you woulda been if you had gone bigger

Mine drives like a dream, so much that i forget its got a 230+ cam rolling around inside, it really feels stock to me. If i did not get the cam card with the specs on it, i would swear up and down its a 224. If you live in Houston or nearby, I would highly suggest letting Chuck over at HPE plug in and fart around.
My suggestion: BIG CAM, LS2 timing chain, PRC dual valvespring kit, underdrive pulley, bolts/gaskets, and tune. You should expect an easy 400+rwhp if your throw on an LS6 intake.
Where do you live?
This is a DD. You want your power in a range you can use it and have it be actual power. My tr224 beats up on FM13's all the way from an idle to 5800 rpms. Dont be fooled by the idiots on here who think you need a big cam to make power. You have a daily driver and ccasional track car. The gears will help your 1/4 mile times but you dont need 410's on the street. I would take Thunder Racing cam anyday of the week over an Futral cam. Thunder cams hever never had a problem Futral cant say the same thing. IF you have to have a bigger cam then get the tr230. Personally I wouldnt. You really need to loook at powerbands and when they kick in , in the rpm range. Get a cam like what your thinking and the more power is at the top of the rpm cycle like above 6000 rpms. If that where your gonna shift and keep the rpms then ok you want one of those. But I dont know anyone who shifts at 6200 rpms on the streets. (well I do occasionally but thats when showing off)
Dont be fooled by the drivability bullshit and the tune. The fact of the matter is the fm13 properly tuned doesnt put out as much power as the tr224 until it gets to 6000 rpms. It loses by about 20 hp and tq all the way to 6k. Think twice about your cam selections and do more research.
I took out an 03 Cobra the other day. He tried to run from me instead of running me. Reeled him in and past him. Wouldnt have been possible with an fm13. The race happened quick and there wasnt time to shift to the optimal rpm range to get the power from the fm13. This is what the tr224 was built for. low, mid and even upper range power. My numbers are in my sig and I havent lost on the street yet. It will happen one day I'm sure. There are always faster car out there.

Graph: Cam, TB, Headers, Duals, Lid, Tune .... STOCK CRANK PULLEY
TR230, great driveability (as close to stock as I could ever expect from a cam'd car). Easier on springs than some of the other cams listed. Great sound, and awesome torque/power curves.

Ohh, I ran high 11's last visit to the track at 115mph. Also, this cam likes alot of gear, I'm changing over to 4:30's, FWIW.
