Possible 2 Keep A Cammed Car Quite At All??
what cam do you want and what's your goal for the car... do a search for "cheatr" cam they seem to make good power with almost no lope or driveability probs. other than that...a quiet cat back and leaving converters on the car will help keep it quiet, maybe a race bullet or something in the I-pipe as a resonator

If I had an fbody I would run LT's and an ORYP with the stock cat back and an electric cut out.
I am in CA too. If I can fit a set of electric cutouts with my strut brace thats what I may do in the future, although LT's and the stock Ti sounds pretty good to be honest.
For a pretty quiet yet cammed car that doesn't restrict power try something like an LS6 or CheaTR cam, longtubes, high flow cats and one of three cat-backs: SLP dual/dual, Hooker or Magnaflow.
It does make for an interesting read when it starts putting things up out of order.
