timing chain i just had a question see if any one is doing this,i just got a rollmaster double timing chain wich has the different positions for timing on the crank sprocket do you set it up straight up or adjusted,i have the tr224,pacesetter long tubes,ls6 oil pump,ls6 intake,nos dry kit 125 shot,3.73 gears,lid,160 stat,need to get a stall what will you all recomend,i was thinking of a 3600 stall,any info would be aprisiated
go with atleast a 3600 stall.
i would install the cam straight up (dot to dot) since the TR224 has 4 derees of advance ground in if I remember correctly. You have to be careful with the rollmaster chain. if you look at the crank gear, there are 2 dots....one aligns with the keyway on the crank and will set the cam with no advance or retard, the other aligns with the dot on the cam gear. you'll see what I mean when you take it apart.

Not with nitrous.
Look at my sig see what I use with gas.
I recommend PY3600E, call Yank and they will make one custom for you matching your specs.
Fuddle seems to be doing well also (their price is good)
and of course I can't complain at all with my VIG

Predator is right, with nitrous stick to a 3600 or less. You'll get a huge gain off nitrous and it'll hit hard with it. Dont skimp on the converter, buy a good one the first time around so you dont have to go through all the work again.
