Default 224/236 cam ?

Is this a good cam for a stock ls1 with headers? Does it fit with stock heads and pistons?

I'd say it will fit with stock pistons, but why such a big split? It's not 234/236 or 224/226? What's the lift? What lobes? I would think that cam would be more suited for a stock manifold, or restrictive exhaust type applicaiton. I'd keep looking if it really is 224/236

totally man. eBay is teh lose. You have sooo many vendors that are willing to talk to you about the right cam for you, why go w/ some rediculous split cam duration from some chotchky on eBay? Vendors also have good prices too.

That is a strocker cam from their site. They are known for cams that work well while being docile.
If you'd like a good cam for stock cubes try the GT-11
