Default march pulley better for my engine?

I recently noticed a thrust bearing starting to go and someone told me to put a march pulley on because of the increased dampening? How will this help my engine, less strain on the bearings?

you will have less parasitic loss due to underdrive. Is it a 10% underdrive?

Does less parasitic loss mean my thrust bearings will last a little longer?

Would an SLP or ASP be better? (remember I am trying to put less strain on these bearings is what some said.)

The March fluid filled damper does the job better than anything else IMO. The ATI is close, but only really has an advantage above 6500 rpm.

How would this pulley help my thrust bearing situation?

I would definitely stick with the March.
