Car sputtering/missing all of a sudden

this is why I say to physically inspect each wire using an ohm meter. visuals are no match for cold hard numbers. Sure, initially it may take a little longer to accomplish the task, but, you can definetly rule out a bad wire instead of chasing something else.
Glad you got her fixed up.

by the way, that car looks sweet the way it is in the sig!!

What should the resistance of the wires be around?

Ok nevermind, just check them and if one stands out you know whats wrong. Most of mine were around 20 ohms, one has a short in it and will jump from 45 - 1.97k

Answering my own question, should have just checked in the first place.

haha yup, thats how it goes. I felt really dumb when it took a friend to figure it out.
