cam 232/236 580 580 112+4
heads 243 2.02 intake valve stock exhaust valve milled .030
gaskets .045

Maybe a little, maybe none at all. You're going to have to check the clearance to be 100% certain.

By first glance I would say you dont need to. Check it, but if you are going to cut anyway, you wouldnt need anymore than .030.
