knock?

my car seems to be knocking after header install but its not a knock knock its more like a lump knock like when one of your main bearings is shot. it does it until its warm then goes away......

make sure the headers aren't rubbing on anything, if it runs rought on start-up the headers may be hitting somthing because of the engine vibration.
