112 and 114 lsa?

i was looking to get a cam and pass emissions in cali.. so my question was.. i found a 224 224 112 lsa and a 224 224 114lsa what is the difference between these cams?

112 114 are the degree angle of the lobe seperation on the camshaft, the lower the LSA the more lopey the sound of ur idle will be
