jezel 1.90 ratio rocker arms............. if i plan on keeping my stock cam in my car would jezel 1.90 ratio rockers give me alot of power while keeping the car quieter then if i had a cam? also would it make alot of power with a turbocharger but still keep the car quiet?

youre not going to make alot of power with just aftermarket rocker arms. i learned that the hard way.
now if you go forced induction in the future, those rockers will actually be worth a ****.
