It seems the cricket has been replaced with a new noise. This time it sounds like an old dive bomber from a WWII movie. It is a whislte that is loud and gets lower and stops it stops then does it again like 10-12 sec between each time it does it. After the car got past the first line on the stat it stopped? I have no idea where its coming from either??? Help once again.

 

Ok all of this knowledge on here and nobody has an idea?

 

A better way to describe the noise is like a bottle rocket sound without the pop at the end. I just did a cam and spring swap and removed the AIR and EGR. Please some ideas anyone?

 

are you sure that you have all of the air and egr ports blocked completely?

 

Yes they are. Any other ideas?
