Question another cam question??

I am considering the tr 224 224 112 or 114 cam for my 99 ws6 m6 full bolton car.

For those with past experience, how much do you lose on the lowend right off idle with these cams compared to the stock ones on a stock geared m6 car?

For example, leaving a stop light at a normal speed do you have to ride the clutch more than with the stock cam or is it not really that noticeable?

Or when driving/cruising in a higher gear in town at like 1500 rpms and wanting to accelerate mildly is downshifting needed or is there still enough torque (like stock) to make cruising enjoyable??

Just trying to get a better idea of these cams' street manners before I commit to one.

thanks...

I've noticed no loss of the off idle torque with my cam. Adding higher compression heads later only made it stronger. My car feels much stronger than the stock cam from 1500 on accelerating in 5th gear. A 224 duration cam with a proper tune is a puppie for daily driving.

I just did mine the only thing I realy noticed is I can not idle in gear any more.
Sounds like a tuning issue to me. Tuned?
