what thickness are cometics usually?

just curious as to what thickness cometics usually are that fit a 4.030 bore?

if they are .040 are there any thicker ones that i could use

say .051 or .052

They come in .027, .040, .051, .065, .074 and .120 but the prices doubles for anything thicker than the .051
They can also custom make any thickness you need.

.027" .030" .036" .040" .045" .051" in 3.910" 4.130" 4.160" and 4.190" bore sizes.

I wouldn't go thicker than .051" or thinner than .030."

They made the head gasket bore 4.060 for my 4.030 bore block. They told me they would make the bore any size I liked, And recomended .030 over the block bore size.
