Default Milled Head PtV Clearance?

I have been looking, reading, and searching, but I thought I would post directly regarding my future situation.

We are currently running a MTI X1 (230/227 .591/.571 112LSA) with stock heads, and will be getting some Absolute Speed Stage II 5.7 heads that are milled .020. I know they are only milled .020, but the general consensus that I seem to read about is somewhere around a 228 on a 114LSA for milled heads...

Will we be able to clear the piston to valve or is fly cutting in our future?

Also which Cometic gasket would be recommended to get back a little clearance, etc?
