Default largest cam with unmilled heads and stock pistons

Just like the title says... what is the largest cam you can run on a LS1 with unmilled LS1 heads and stock pistons?? Just curious as to what guys are running... I was pretty sure that the Trex would work, just wondering if so and what other "large" cams you guys are running? I'm looking heavily at the MS3 but just want to see what else is out there and what else will work.

*My only concern is that I'm not sure if my stock (ported) LS1 heads are milled or not... I need to find out of they are or not... anyone know how to do that? They are off the car right now...

thanks!
-Jeremy

the trex was made for stock heads.
you can CC the heads and tell if they have been milled

How would I do that?? Is there any other way to tell?? Any measurements I could take or anything? They are '98 heads if that makes any difference.
