Default Rebuilding #317 heads, what cam + valve springs?

Read my sig, and as the title says, I just got a set of #317's for the new motor (approx 8.25:1), probably keeping it stock displacement, but need a good reverse split pattern cam or "turbo" cam, not some generic "hot rod" crap. I also need to know what type of valve springs would be good for this setup. Keep in mind it's not a drag car, I take it out once or twice a week. Where should I look for a cam with the type of profile I'm looking for? Compcams doesn't have anything listed, all of them are standard split. I'm trying to keep the valve overlap to a minimum on the new setup as I want to build boost as fast as possible on the rear mount, and don't want exhaust contaminating the fresh charge because of excessive overlap. Please give me your .02 on this one, the heads are at the machine shop, and I need valve springs. Thanks guys...

Edit - I will be running H-beams with forged -16cc pistons to obtain the 8.25 with these heads, and will run a lot more than 7# of boost.

Are Comp Cams #26-918's gonna work with my new setup? Would like to keep the lift no higher than .600, I don't feel like constantly changing springs. Anyone have feedback?
