Ported stock heads

A buddy of mine is going to be selling a pair of his stock ls1 heads that were on his 10sec car. I have no clue what price that I should offer him so someone REALLY needs to help me out. Heres the specs on them:they flow 290 cfm intake 230 cfm exhaust 2.02 1.57 valves with patroit gold dual valve springs with app. 7k miles on them.

So can someone tell me what I should offer him?

I'd offer $500 and bargain from there. I wouldn't pay over 1000 though.

He bought a ws-6 that was totaled and he took the heads off that were ported by the last owner so he doesnt kno who ported them.
