LS-1 Grand-Am Cup Cam
Does anyone have any thoughts on this cam? Has anyone tried it? I was looking at all the GM Performance cams and ran across this one and it seems to be a monster with moderate lift therefore suggesting a moderate spring. Would PTV clearance be an issue on a stock engine? For anyone who hasn't seen the specs: 239/251 @ .050 and .570 lift on 106 lobe seperation with 4000-7000 rpm range. I think my stock convertered car is out of the question but then again I have made very few rational choices in my life.

PTV clearance issues due to duration and lsa. it's too close on stock heads. This cam makes power between 4k and 7k+, likes higher Static compression. b1tch to tune. Its a spec road racing cam created by gm.
