MS3 Dyno #'s dissapoint...
362 is low for an ms3 car, even through a stalled automatic. take it to the track for verification before you throw any more money at it.
I agree b/c 918s are for more mild cams under .600 lift and your cam is BIG and you need at least a nice dual spring like the PATRIOT GOLDS!!!
So you think i'd make more power or be faster with say a 23x/23x cam?
Future plans do include 410' and probably ls6 heads.I've always heard nothing but good about the MS3 cam...?
I also talked to the mgr at speed inc today he said "there was no valve float or coil bind"
and gave me the name if the guy at cc who said the springs were ok for the application
with out shimming them, I guess there limit is .625 lift.

I made 360hp/300tq on a Mustang Dyno with my 3800 converter/3.42 gears with the MS3. I just raced a H/C LS1 with a magnacharger on it, in a Malibu and beat him. Dynos are for tuning, that's it. Put a tire on it and take it to the track.
I do ALOT of street racing and currently have a baby hot cam in the car, but I'm going with a 3500 non locking converter with a turbo 400, keeping the 3:23's and spraying the **** out of the car as well. I'm keeping the 3:23's as the car get driven a few miles to work daily and the track is far, I'm going to run a 27-28" tall tire and the car is a 2002 camaro.
Prior set up was a th350 in my 00' with a 3300 converter with a comp cam .228 .236 .588 .601 on 114, untuned went 10.80@129 and made a basline of 200rwhp on the motor lol, once tuned it made 380rwhp through slicks and a unlocked converter and 3:23's, made 516rwhp on 150hp jets. Never ran the car after tuning.
Will I be close to this or not close with the ms3 cam, or should I do the other trex cheatr?
Thank you in advance.
also, remember that races are not won on a dyno, they're won on the track. get some times out of the car before you make your final judgment.
