Vinci Hi Performance 056 Cam
My hat's off to Vinci Hi Performance in Maitland, FL. I had them install their 056 cam in my 2004 Corvette M6. I was looking for a cam that drove like a stocker, but made more horsepower in the 4K to 6k rpm range where the stock cam falls on its face. The cam specs are: 216/224 with .551 lift on a 115 LSA. It has a little lope to it, but not enough to annoy the wife.
With the 056 cam, TPIS headers, SLP Blackwing filter, Corsa Pace Car exhaust/x-pipe and Powerbond U/D Pulley, the car made over 380 HP and 380 ft/lb TQ at the wheels through the stock cats and cylinder heads!
I am certainly happy with the results!!! The car feels very strong throughout the RPM range.
Thanks again Joe, Roger and Greg!

Great, that is the cam I have. What happened to your other car with the AFR heads?
I am doing a set of Dart heads right now, but am going to step back to the stock rockers with the same cam. Should be interesting.
Do you have a dyno curve?

Hi: That is what they call a balanced cam equal HP and torque. One of the guys on one the tv shows was saying for a street car you want to have the torque and HP as close as possible. Are you using the Crane double springs, and what rockers are you using stock or Crane roller rockers? If your running stocker rockers and you added Crane rockers and ported TB you probably would be close to 395-400 HP with stock heads and small cam. Post the graph in the dyno section if you can. Good Luck.
