biggest cam with 62cc Afr 205

Default biggest cam with 62cc Afr 205

hey guys, i was told the biggest cam is around a 224/228 with a 62cc afr 205s using a Cometic 040 gasket.. Not sure on the lift. Anyway to go bigger without flycutting?

Alan Futral quoted .086 clearance for a F13 (112+4) with a set of AFR205s (62cc)... using a factory head gasket. I will try to find the link....

Just to inform everybody,some average P\V clearances .

AFR heads milled .024" to 62CC with F14 -112+4 .075"\.152" with checker springs,solid lifters and .054" GM MLS gaskets on STOCK pistons. Same heads with F13-112+4 .086"\.167". If you miss a shift and float the valves your exhaust is whats at risk,not the intake.
