Anyone out there running one or know of the best place to look?

I have a broke piston, and I am thinking about a new forged 347 as a possible option. It will depend on the rest of the integrity of the block as I don't want to spend a ton of money.

Any help is appreciated.

 

Call East Coast Supercharging (ECS) or A&A Corvettes, as they wil sell you a killer forged f/i shortblcok or N/A between 3000 and $3,500.00!!

I'm getting mine from Speed Inc in the next week. It looks great.

 

Texas Speed, Thunder Racing, Combination Motorsports, LS1 Speed, Horsepower Engineering, and Late Model Engines are some great shops. I'm not sure on all of them, but HPE and Thunder both offer warranties for their engines along with build sheets. LME may do this as well. Put it this way, I don't think you can go wrong with the sponsors on here.

I got mine from LPE, 2100 plus core. Good stuff...................

 

I got mine from Texas Speed. Runs like a bat out of hell with just an F13 in it.

 

Thats where I got my moter too. Customer service and product have been great.

 

LPE here, great price. Basically for $2100 it keeps the stock crank and rods but upgrades pistons and rod bolts. For many of us that is HIGHLY sufficient.

 

Got mine at LME in Houston..............running strong no problems at all this far!!

 

I got mine form LME for under 3K without a core swap. Very nice job they did on the motor and should be fired up in the next few weeks
