Default Legal Heads?

What kind of heads are street legal? AFR's and what else? Will be matching a Tr224/224 112. Thanks!

I think the cam is what really dictates the emissions, the heads shouldn't affect it much unless they really bump the compression up. And from what I gather, that cam will pass with a good tune.

That cam will have a hard time in Cali. Good emission cams should have a -7 degrees overlap. You can get away with -4 or so with kick *** tune and fresh cats.
