Default coolant in oil ... head gasket?

.
I recently swapped my engine back to the stock engine (with new stock heads). It normally runs pretty good, but every so often spudders badly (usually only if I give it some gas) ... I changed my oil today and it had a decent amount of coolant in it. I don't smell coolant in the exhaust when it's running, but it does seem to be spraying a very slight amount of moisture out.

I'm thinking possibly a bad head gasket??
