Tsp Ported Oil Pump

What oil pressure should i have guys,as my comp lifters are very noisy,ported TSP pump is suppling 40psi cold, hot or when ever. I am using Patriot dual spr, hardened push rods etc.
With standed lifters & oil pump there was never any noise.
Time diff in N.Zealand to USA means i may not be able to answer back straight away.

mines runs about 45-55 at idle warm

what pressure is it doing at a decent rev, say 3-5000rpm

anyone got a common psi for normal running at around 3-5000rpm
