Default Any support mods to run trex?

With my sig, and the addition of a stall, lt's, ls6 int, is it possible to run a trex? Or will it need any supporting mods. This is not encluding a rear end etc.. Im just wondering if I could install it and give it a streetable tune w/o needing any other mods????

I'd get new lifters, pushrods, ls6 oil pump and a double roller timing chain. When you pull the heads to put in new lifters you'll need a new head gasket and new head bolts or studs.
