Need more info bro.
What is the difference between the two?
What cam are you putting in?
What else is going in with the install?
How many miles are on the car?
Are you installing it yourself?

It sounds like the Thunder kit has more stuff to it. However, you might save some money if you right down all the gaskets you'll need, get the GM part number from the parts department at the Chevy dealer, and order it from GM parts direct.

Are you planning on an LS2 timing chain, Ls6 oil pump, etc? If you are pulling the heads you will need some ARP bolts or studs as well.
