im not sure what forumn this would fit under bc im not sure if its a external or internal thing. but after my car heats up and the oil gauge is around 40 or less it starts to move up and down slightly....esp when i get off the highway or something it idles rough, theres two things i thought of, the oil pump which would be a bad thing, or i need new plugs and wires which might explain an idle problem but not the oil guage fluctuation (prolly spelled wrong)...like i said esp when i get done driving on a highway or its a hot day...anybody? thanks

so it hovers around 40psi @ idle? and sometimes it idles high?

well i need to explain better....when the car is warmed up or has been driven a while, it hovers between 30-40, i know thats a good range but i mean is it supposed to waiver when its idleling?
