LS6 Coolant pipe??

LS6 Coolant pipe?? I am about to swap my LS1 intake for a LS6. Is there a workaround that can be done so I dont have to shell out more $$ for the damn LS6 coolant pipes?? Can I just plug them up and seal them? I remember hearing about a cheap fix but I cant find it anymore. Anyone know of anything about this??

couple ways.
modify your existing tube.
modify the new intake.
do a little of both.

Also the mod will not help cool #7 at all. It would actually plug up the back coolant lines.

Did the install today and I shaved all of the ridges on the underside off with the dremel. Worked great and fit perfect and I didnt have to wait to get the coolant tubes or shell out the $$ for them either. Dont know why the hell anyone wouldnt do it this way. It takes like 15 minutes to do the shaving and it saves you 50$

couple years ago i ground down some of the ridges also, seems to be working just fine. i didnt grind them all down, just put some grease on the coolant lines then set the intake on them and then i could see where the lines ran and then removed only what i needed to.
