Default valve seal help

how do you seat the valve seals. I bought the ms3 kit from tsp with the prc dual valve springs. Tried them twice how my friend said but they keep comming up to the top of the spring and leaking.

grab a socket that bearly fits the top and pound it in untill you feel it go all the way down. you will notice a change in the sound as you pound it in. use a 11mm I think to seat them with a hamer. hope that helps

gues you didnt see when i did lube them up many times like supposed to. excess debris in motor that floats around then sets ontop of lifter will do that. without doin a complete tear down of a motor that hit a tree, you dont know what is going ot happen. but i what i did know is to seat valve seals
