Default about how much power should I be putting down?

In the summer I had an LS6 built for my SS, it was installed and had a rough tune on it because we ran out of time to give it a performance tune because I had to come down to Miami for school. The next weekend I was on the way back to Tampa to have the performance tune but totalled the car at the fault of a reckless hotshot on a bike. During winter break, I bought another SS and now I'm having the swap done since the engine/tranny were fine out of the old car. I'm not sure as to the specifics on the motor because Anti\Venom would not provide me with a list of the parts, but the man who built the motor is Steve, not A\V they just sold it to me and installed everything.

This is what i know:
Eliminator stg. 3 cam 236/242 .602 lift
Ported 5.3 Heads
fully forged bottom end w/ blue printed crankshaft

LS6 intake manifold
ported/polished throtle body
SLP long tubes
no cats
Magnaflow catback

Transmission was rebuilt and blueprinted, I'm not exactly sure what all is in that either, only thing i am sure of is T304 fork

Horsepower Sales in Pompano is doing the swap for me, I was just wondering what kind of power you guys think I should be putting down. They estimated me around 450w and said i'll be running low 11's/ high10's (315 BFG dragradials, BMR extreme torque arm, subframe connectors, cross member, lower control arms). What do you all think?
