Default another help me pick heads

well guys its almost summer time and i am going to be buying some heads in a few weeks. problem is not really sure which ones to get. i know that i want to go through Patriot because i am really impressed with Gunnars Customer service. i am a college student so the prices are good as well. so what you would you guys get 5.3's,LS1's, or go ahead and get some LS6's from them. i know the 5.3's with bump CR up to about 10.7 so that is good but do i loose any piston to valve clearance as opposed to LS1 since the chamber is smaller? if i do the 5.3 or LS1 i will buy a used set and send them to him so i dont have any down time. the LS1 and 5.3s are about $200 cheaper also. how much power will i be leaving on the table if i dont go with the LS6? i will also run the stock size valves (LS1) in the 5.3s if i do those.
i have all bolt ons and a 228/232 cam on a 112+4. thanks for the input guys

Damn I just sold some Patriot stage 2 5.3L heads w/ dual springs for $750 shipped-they coulda been yours!

On topic: With that size cam I imagine you could go up to a stage 2 on the 5.3L heads. That, or go with the CNC LS6 heads from TSP. They have shown good numbers and with the cam you have now you could go with the cheaper springs and save some money.
