i HAVE A QUESTION , I HAVE A 99 TA right now with the LS1 , but my question is i am looking on getting a LS1 LS6 383 Stroker .. Now my question is what parts can i use from my engine now to put onto the 383 stroker ? or will my wiring harness not even work for it ? .. i just wondering , cause im debationg on if i will be able to switch everything over .. cause i dont wanna put my stuff on my LS1 now onto a 383 and when i punch the gas it dont run like it should . its an LS1 LS6 383 STROKER SHORTBLOCK , How much Horsepower/FtPsi of Torque am i looking at with that ? thanks someone please help me out here ..

Yes every thing will work. The block is the same with differant internals. You will need a good tune when finished. Hp/tq guess... What heads/cam, intake, TB, compression ect... There are alot of varibles.

the only difference is the crank, rods and pistons, everything else will work.

I suggest you contact one of our sponsers and ask them for some help. All your stock parts will fit and work, but your computer will need to be tuned for the newfound performance or it will not run right when you nail it. The stock tune will not give it enough fuel, and may even cause damage. You'll never seen the true potential of your car untill it's setup right.

We have a ton of sponsers, some of the best are located in the midwest so you shouldn't have a problem.

Are you going to upgrade the heads and put a bigger cam in it to match?

yes i want to get a bigger cam and different heads , but what would you reccommend ? HEads ? Cam ?
