Default How much should it cost to recoil a crankshaft?

I'm one of those many people that had a pulley installed on his car. Luckily the guy I had install my cam was able to get the pulley on, but we had to work pounding it for awhile with a hammer. I've heard that the ARP bolt can help to grab alot more firmly then the stock bolt, but also want to have the crank recoiled as well sometime in the future (Sooner or later i'm gonna have to replace the timing chain).

How much would it cost to recoil the block, and does anyone know of someone in Southern California that can do this?
