what is the small round spring that goes on the top of the valve guides?? where can i get a new one of these from?? anyone know?

 

Those arent the valve guide. Those are the valve seals. just buy new ones from any place. stock replacements are like $20. The valve guides are the metal jackets in the heads that the valves slide through from the spring to the combustion chamber.

I doubt you can but I may be wrong. I bought new ones for my new motor and I saw in your sig. you have the PRC springs like I have. you have to get new ones from TSP b/c they use a different kind of valve seal with their springs. If I remember correctly they are like $35. Good luck trying to find just one seal, or spring though.
