Default Do you torque lifter trays to any specific tq?

Sorry for asking so many questions, but I'm trying to get my heads on tonight and it seems like there's alot of info I need but can't find in searches. So do I need to torque the lifter trays to any specific tq, and is thread locker needed? Thanks.

Yeah, the reference book I have calls the trays "valve lifter guides", and Quik is correct; the torque spec listed is 106 in/lbs.
