What size bolts for engine stand?

What size bolts for engine stand? I bought an engine stand today from harbor freight (1000lb.) and was wanting to know what bolts to use to hook it up to my LS1? I've asked auto parts stores, a dealership and thunder racing and I keep getting the same damn answer, "Go to a bolt store". That's bullcrap! Someone on here has to know!

They are 10mm x 1.5mm It's funny because I bought some from lowes and they would go in like 3/8". I go pay $8 for 4 of them at a bolt store they work fine. I bought the 3 1/2" bolts and they are too long. Had to rig it up with washers and crap to make up for it. I think 3 1/4" would have worked good with just a few washers.
