6.0L 364 Cam Help
If thats 380RWHP thru an automatic, then it should lay down a little more with a manual transmission...so I guess a cam only LQ4 (with exhaust etc and a tune) thru a manual shouldnt have a problem making 400RWHP then.....

Based on what the original poster inquired about, I have the same setup (although on a 2001 Camaro SS). I used the F13 cam in an LQ4 engine, backed with a 3000 rpm stall. It dyno'ed right at 400rwhp and I do dialy drive it. I believe any bigger and the stall, driveability and low LQ4 compression will not play nicely. A better option would be a ~228 cam.
