will they outperform ETP 215s and 225s if they're on a stock 346ci C5?
how much does the ETP LS7 small bore heads flow?

you better have an all out race motor with a huge cam to run the ls7's on a 346. 255cc intake chambers on the ls7's.... WAY to big for a 346 imo. now if its a 7500rpm race motor go for it. 215's are the way to go for a 450+ rwhp stock 346.

Cary said they fit. Whether they fit is a matter of valve location, diameter, and angle(s).
You really can't compare port sizes of different heads. One is a 15°, the other an 11°. LS7s were designed for big engines, so they are likely to be too large for a smaller engine in the same rev range. The small bore version does have a smaller valve size. However, you are correct, they are probably better suited to a 402/408/418/422.

they are 245 cc. actually not too big, I cant say exactly wha they will do yet. so I will bite my tongue for the smaller engines til' i dyno one real soon. They have run very successfully so far on 6.0 litre's and 402's

I'd like to see how these work on some stock cubes too. I'll be running a TRex cam and most likely a 90/90 setup eventually. I'll be running cam only all summer but I was hoping to get some ET 215s this winter. Anybody know if these LS7 heads would work better with my setup?
Sorry, not trying to hijack the thread just get some good info, thanks

I personially dont think that 95% os the H/C cars will benifit using the LS7 heads over the 215 or 225cc ETP heads.
IMO a very large cam will be needed, and a mostly race setup.
In most peoples setup the 225's will be plenty with stock cubes.
Could however be a good setup with someone running a 4400+ stall, T rex+ cam, or maybe even a solid roller setup.
