Go to Autozone, and have them scan it and tell you what it is. They do this service for free.

He is in Saudi.

You need to scan the PCM and find out what is the code. A chevrolet dealership can do that.
They can also delete this code.

Most importantly, you need to tune the cam.

Most likely a random multiple mis-fire code. Very common after big cams go in.

if it is service vehicle and not service engine soon, then it is a body control module problem and not an engine problem, still requires a scan.
