Default Can I run this?

I have a Comp Cams Custom ground cam I got off a friend. Specs are .622 lift int and exh 258 int and 270 exh dur @ .050. Wil this fit stock bottom end, have a feeling answer is no....

That's a big one! I don't know but you might need to provide some info about your heads before any of the fart smellers around here can give you a decent answer. Valve size...rocker ratio...milled heads...etc

258/270 @ .050 cam in a stock-head ls1?

no. unless your head gaskets raise the head up like an inch..

If that duration at .050 is correct, that cam probably won't work with stock anything.

I wouldn't use any cam that didn't come with the cam card, as there is little way to be sure it is round and installed correctly.
