Default Help me figure this out!

I've been having problems with #6 spark plug fouling. Pulled the plugs today to see what they looked like. #6 has lots of carbon and fuel build up again, the threads are oil soaked. All the other plugs look good no oil on the threads no build up of any kind. Did a compression test all pressures are between 150-155psig. Trying to figure out if I have bad rings or maybe something is wrong with the head. Is there anything else i can do to pinpoint the problem? Thanks for your time.....

Shawn
