Default Little Help?

I have 83k on my 99 ls1. I am really thinking of a cam, But some know it alls at work are telling me if I do I am going to F-up the bottom end??? and if not what cam should I go with? Its an A4, 3:73 so any idea on the size of cam and stall?? I drive it to work every now and then, But not everyday. Thanks for the help ahead of time.....

Tell the "know it alls" to stfu. A cam like a tr224 or tr228 would be a good cam for you and will not hurt your bottom end. I started modding my car when it had 92k miles on it Once you decide on a cam call fuddle and he will set you up with a great stall

My car was modded to the max and ran 11.63@124. I put pacesetter lt's on my car in one day, its not that bad if the bolts are not stripped or rusted on
