Im trying to decipher which reverse split is better for my setup:

i have headers in a lid, and i understand LS1 heads flow better on the exhaust side than the intake, and i plan on keeping my LS1 heads(stock). So with this setup im going w/ a reverse split. Any opinions are very much appreciated!

I wouldn't say that the exhaust flowed better than the intake by looking at these flow numbers.

 

well which lobes are more aggressive of the two cams I understand patriots lobes have the higher duration but im talking about cam lobe profiles(XER, LGK, etc.)

Good 230 durations cams are TR230 and MTI X1
Both proven to make good power.
If you want something tamer, but still street agressive then a custom
224/220, 581/.6xx 113+0 LSA

 

Nice cam with some good power 221/221 558/558 114L.S.A.
